welcome to Mzansi Blend! Before you sip your brew with your bru, please just check out these terms.

1. About Us

Mzansi Blend is a South African coffee brand. Our slogan is “Have a brew with your bru” and we’re all about good vibes, lekker coffee, and supporting local.

2. Using Our Stuff

• If you buy our products, you agree that it’s for your personal use (not for reselling without chatting to us first).

• Please don’t copy our logo, name, or designs and claim them as your own.

3. Ordering & Payments

• Prices are in Rands (ZAR).

• Payment needs to be sorted before we ship your coffee or merch.

• If something goes wrong with your order, let us know ASAP and we’ll do our best to fix it.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We’ll try to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but delays can happen.

• Once it leaves us, the courier is responsible, but we’ll help track it down if needed.

5. Refunds & Returns

• If your product is damaged when it arrives, hit us up within 7 days with proof and we’ll sort you out.

• Coffee can’t be returned once opened (for obvious reasons), but merch like caps or shirts can be swapped if there’s a legit problem.

6. Privacy Stuff

• We won’t sell your info to randoms, promise.

• We only use your details to process your order and keep you updated.

7. Social Media & Content

• If you tag us in your pics, we might repost them (with credit, of course).

• Keep it respectful , no hate speech, racism, or dodgy content.

8. Changes

We can update these terms whenever, but if it’s something major we’ll let you know.
