Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

• Right now we deliver across South Africa.

• If you’re outside SA, hit us up first and we’ll see if we can make a plan (but extra costs will apply).

2. Delivery Times

• Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2–4 working days.

• Delivery normally takes 3–7 working days.

• During busy times, deliveries might be delayed a bit.

3. Delivery Costs

• We’ll show you the delivery fee at checkout.

• Sometimes we run free shipping promos (keep an eye on our socials).

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order’s shipped, you’ll get a tracking number.

• Use it to stalk your coffee until it reaches you.

5. Responsibility

• Once the order leaves us, the courier takes over. We’ll help if there’s a problem, but delays, lost parcels, or wrong addresses are out of our hands.

• Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order.

6. Damaged or Missing Orders

• If your package arrives damaged or something’s missing, let us know within 7 days with proof (pics help). We’ll sort it out.
